Returns Policy

General Returns

We accept returns within 90 days of purchase provided:

  • All packaging remains intact and items are in resaleable condition
  • A receipt or gift receipt is provided
  • Items returned within the 90-day window receive a credit note
  • Credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue

Promotional Items

Items purchased during promotions (Black Friday, Flash Sale, etc.) are non-exchangeable, and no gift receipt will be issued.

Faulty Items

Faulty items must be returned to a physical Junior’s location for inspection. We reserve the right to check and test the product before accepting it back for a credit note or replacement.
