How do I place an order online?
Simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely online using a credit or debit card, or choose to pay on collection if using Click & Collect.
Can I order by phone?
Yes, you can place an order by calling any of our stores during opening hours. Our staff will process your order and arrange delivery or collection for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for online payments. In store, we accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and Juniors gift vouchers. We also accept BOV Pay and Revolut in our stores.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping at all our stores for a small additional charge. Simply ask a team member when making your purchase, and they will wrap your gift beautifully. This service is especially popular during Christmas, Communion season, and birthdays.
Can I check if an item is in stock before visiting?
Absolutely. You can call your nearest store to check stock availability, or browse our website where stock levels are shown on product pages. If an item shows as available online, it can be ordered for delivery or Click & Collect.
Delivery
Do you deliver across Malta?
Delivery is only available in San Ġwann.
How much does delivery cost?
- Customers spending up to €19.99 was €5.00.
- Customers spending between €20-€49.99 was €3.00.
- Customers spending over €50 free delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within San Gwann takes two to four working days. During peak periods such as Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer. We will always notify you with a tracking update once your order has been dispatched.
What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect lets you order online and pick up your items at your chosen Juniors store. It is free of charge and usually ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email or SMS when your order is ready for collection. Click & Collect is available at all six of our stores.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Items purchased online can be returned to any Juniors store or by arranging a collection. Sale items may have different return conditions — please check at the time of purchase.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are welcome within 14 days. Bring the item to any Juniors store with your receipt, and our team will help you find a suitable replacement. If the exchange item is a different price, we will adjust the balance accordingly.
What if I received a faulty item?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. You are covered by EU consumer protection laws, and we take faulty product claims seriously.

What are your opening hours?
Our stores are generally open Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Some locations have extended hours on Fridays and during peak seasons like Christmas. Gozo store hours may vary slightly. Check our website or call your nearest store for current opening times.
Gift Vouchers
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, Juniors gift vouchers are available in various denominations and can be purchased at any of our stores. They make the perfect gift when you are not sure what to choose. Gift vouchers can be redeemed in any Juniors store across Malta and Gozo.
Do gift vouchers expire?
Juniors gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher. We recommend using your voucher well before the expiry date to avoid disappointment.
