How does it work?
- Place your order online.
- At checkout select Pick up In Store.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order.
- Collect your order from your selected Junior’s shop the next day during opening hours upon presentation of your receipt.* For Junior’s San Gwann, if the order is placed on Saturday, the earliest collection will be the following Monday.

Delivery
Delivery Locations
Deliveries are available to addresses in Malta and Gozo.
General Delivery Schedule
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday: Delivered within 48 hours (subject to customer availability).
- Orders placed on Friday: Delivered by the following Monday.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday: Delivered by the following Tuesday.
- Deliveries are typically made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM to the address provided during checkout.
Additional Details
- Big Structures: Orders containing large items are delivered to the ground floor and may not follow the standard delivery schedule. Customers will be informed of any changes.
- Gozo Deliveries: Additional charges may apply.
- Maltapost Service: Some deliveries are made via Maltapost.
Inventory and Refund Policy
Once Junior’s Online Shop accepts your order, we will attempt to fulfill it promptly, subject to inventory availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email and issue an immediate refund to the payment card used.
Delivery Fees
- €5: Orders up to €19.99.
- €3: Orders between €20 and €44.99.
- Free Delivery: Orders of €45 or more.

Returns
Items purchased during promotions (Black Friday, Flash Sale) are non-exchangeable, and no gift receipt will be issued.
Items purchased from our online shop
Junior’s is happy to accept back any item purchased from our Online Shop providing that the following terms are met:
- Items are returned within 90 days from purchase date.
- All packaging must be intact so the items are in a re-saleable condition.
- You provide a copy of your receipt or gift receipt.
- Returns made within 90 days of purchase will be issued a credit note. Credit notes are available for 1 year from the issue date.
Faulty Items
Faulty items purchased from our Junior’s Online Shop must be returned to a physical Junior’s shop for inspection.
We reserve the right to check and test the product before accepting it back for a credit note or replacement.
