You may now order any item on our website from the comfort of your own home and have it delivered right to your door or in the case of Click & Collect you will collect it yourself from our Junior’s Toy Shop in San Ġwann!  Kindly refer to Delivery page and Click & Collect page for more detailed information.  

Completion of a purchase

Credit card payment is the only form of payment Junior’s Online Shop accepts for products ordered by you through the Website. Any orders placed by you on this Website constitute a binding offer by you to conclude a purchase with Junior’s. The binding purchase agreement comes into existence only when Junior’s accepts your order on the Website by sending you a confirmation e-mail.
Once dispatched, delivery will be made solely to the address specified during the order. Any subsequent redirection requests are chargeable. If you are not available for the delivery we will contact you to establish another delivery appointment. Extra charges may apply for the 2nd delivery attempt.
The delivery will require a signature from someone at the address specified. This is strictly enforced for security purposes.

Product availability

Once Junior’s Online Shop accepts your order, it will attempt to promptly fill the order subject to available inventories. Should an item not be available, we will advise you via email and an online money refund will be effected automatically.

Reservations and exceptions

Junior’s reserves the right to change prices, terms and specifications for products on this Website at any time without prior notice. Junior’s attempts to post accurate information, but errors may sometimes occur. Any such errors in product specifications, descriptions, and pricing will be corrected when discovered and Junior’s reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted. If an error in pricing is discovered after your order has been submitted, Junior’s will inform you of the error at which time you may cancel or reaffirm your order at your option.

Unwanted Items purchased from our online shop

Junior’s is happy to accept back any unwanted items purchased from our online shop providing that the following terms are met:

  • Items are returned within 30 days from purchase date.
  • All packaging must be intact so the items are in a re-saleable condition.
  • You are able to provide a copy of your receipt.

If items purchased from our online shop, are returned within 14 days of purchase, a refund will be issued to the same card used for payment.

If items purchased from our online shop, are returned after the 14th day of purchase but within 30 days from purchase date, a credit note will be issued.

Unwanted items need to be returned to our Junior’s Toy Shop in San Ġwann.

Faulty Items

If you had bought an item from any of our Junior’s online shop and it proves to be faulty, please return the faulty item to our Junior’s Toy Shop in San Ġwann to be thoroughly checked.

We reserve the right to check and test the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement.

Refunding your money

We will make all refunds to the card used for payment.  You should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 10 working days.
